Executive Bio

Mr. Howard is a valuation analyst with a background spanning investment analysis, federal legal proceedings, audit, and business ownership. He began his career as an investment analyst, valuing public and private companies for mutual fund investment decisions. He then worked in consulting, developing financial evidence for legal proceedings involving the Pension Benefit Guaranty Corporation. Later, he assumed ownership and operational leadership roles, managing a multi-location business and helping lead its preparation and sale. Immediately prior to launching his valuation practice, he worked as an auditor performing financial audits and reviews across a wide range of entities. Mr. Howard’s experience—assembling and auditing financial statements, constructing financial analyses for legal proceedings, making investment decisions based on financial data, and ultimately managing and selling a business—provides him with a comprehensive, end-to-end perspective that he brings to valuation engagements for small and middle-market businesses.
