In some cases, clients may wish to explore the results further—whether to evaluate alternative assumptions, assess potential changes in value, or prepare for a specific transaction or dispute. These types of analyses go beyond the scope of a standard valuation engagement and are considered separate advisory services.
Examples of these additional services are outlined below:
Provides advanced financial modeling and scenario analysis to evaluate how changes in operations, structure, or assumptions may impact value. This may include refined normalization adjustments, pro forma projections, and sensitivity analyses to support planning or negotiation objectives. It may also include further evaluation of the procedures and assumptions applied in the initial valuation, based on the analyst’s reasonable interpretation of the information provided.
Advisory services related to business sales, mergers, acquisitions, or ownership transitions. This may include pricing guidance, deal structuring considerations, financial positioning, and analysis to support negotiations and transaction readiness.
Expanded services for legal matters, including divorce, shareholder disputes, or other litigation contexts. This may involve detailed financial analysis, development and support of normalization adjustments, preparation of court-ready materials, and deposition or expert witness support, if needed.
These enhancements are not included in the baseline valuation engagement and will be billed at an hourly rate of $250 per hour. All additional work will be discussed and authorized in advance to ensure mutual agreement on scope and cost.
